We Pay Referral Fees For Property Leads
A referral fee may be paid when you introduce a property owner who is considering selling their property, and that introduction results in the owner entering into an agency agreement with Owning Happiness Real Estate to market and sell the property.
Referral fees are payable only after the property has successfully settled, meaning ownership has changed hands and settlement has been completed. Referral fees are subject to our terms and conditions and any applicable legal requirements.
